Dear Diary,
Some days I hate how honest I am with you diary but, if I do not tell you what is on my mind I might cry right now. I have some good and some bad news about the last couple days. Let me start on a positive note first before the horrible. About three days ago I was successfully able to shift into a horse and it was fun and all galloping around. It was a very different feeling to be in that form. But for the bad news, Felagi was a bit upset that I had morphed into a horse so she put me into the stables with the rest of the animals as punishment. It was fairly nice in all but today I was freed from the stables to get some exercise because those damn stables are small and I started to get cramps. I will make them bigger eventually now that I know what our horse go through. But I was out in the mountains heading down a hill and towards some forest patches near the Gople River. Coming down to the river I got a drink and looked up from the water to see this huge black stallion with glowing eyes and a piercing glaze he had to be a full 3 feet taller than I stood, But I knew I had seen this horse before I believe his name was Svadilfari. He was on the other side of the river from me and he bolted towards me. Unaware of why this horse was attacking me I ran like the wind to get away from him . . . Svadilfari caught up with me. . . And little did I know I was a girl horse. After the incident I trotted home violated, and in shock. About half way up the hill the magic wore off and I switched back to my original form. Naked. Getting to the castle Felagi ran up to me with a grey fur blanket and held me close as I cried into her shoulder.

These diaries are leading up to Loki snapping and trying to rule the universe. I do plan to make some after he snaps but not right now.

In Norse mythology Loki has 4 accepted children named Sleipnir, Hel, Fenrir, and Jormungandr. Some stories say he had another 2 children named Narfi and Vali, but some experts disagree whether or not they were actually Loki's children or Odin's children.
But the child in question here is Sleipnir, the eight legged horse fathered by Svadilfar. The stories tell about an unknown man was contracted to build the walls of Asgard within a certain amount of time and if that man got the walls finished during that period he would receive the goddess Freyja. The unknown man worked at a tremendous pace with his horse Svadilfari and they were escpected to finished earlier than expected so the gods got worried and blamed the contracting on Loki so under the penalty of death he was told to make the man miss his deadline for finishing the walls and thus breaking his contract. So Loki agreed and turned into a mare and got Svadilfari's attention and road off with him for the night making the builder stop for the night and thus making him miss the deadline. But during that night Loki had been impregnated by Svadilfari and sometime later gave birth in the mare form to the eight legged horse Sleipnir, which Odin proclaimed Sleipnir to be "the best horse among gods and men".
FYI - In the movie you only see the City of Asgard which is actually INCREDIBLY small compared to the rest of Asgard. Look up some pictures of Asgard and you'll come across a large map of Asgard as the Vikings thought of Asgard. You might have to refer back to the map every once in a while during the Diary series. I know a pretty big chunk of the map by heart but not the full things so if I get some names wrong I am sorry to the die hard believers in this mythology.
Do do believe in this mythology to an extent so you are not alone.
